I have another question
if you can choose another planet for living
you choose which one ?why?

wow
what a beautiful question

^^
if i had the chance and opportunity to choose one planet for living, i would rather choose every planet beside our one

altough our planet is one of the climatically best planets
and despite the fakt that we have enough resources for everyone
i hate to live here

, our problem isn't the water, or the food, the problem isn't even the poverty.......the problem is that we don't have enough love for each-other
i am sure we people probably will never learn to love our next, to tolerate an other way of thinking
we will just continue to fight against each-other

we are egoists, we always think of ourselves
strictly speaking, even if we help an other person we think of ourselves
day and night
hour for hour
every minute of our lives spending at thinking at our selves
forgetting that we are all the same
it isn't important how rich you are, what language you speak, not even which religion you have

you are all god damn the same

i would rather like to get killed by some alien experiments in alien home planets as living here next to some egoist assholes who just want the best for themselves
i would let the aliens to rape me without even protesting instead of watching so many suffering here

afrika, china, mexico, afghanistan, india, pakistan, bangladesh,
all this countries are suffering but nobody is interested

there are little girls of 9 who work in indian brothels
they will stay there till they die
there are young guys in india who are brutally forced to become homosexual

in afrika dies every 6 minutes a child out of hunger

but the only thing we are interested in is spending money for military and defense
we cheer our military parades where the country proudly presents its newest weapons
we get happy when we see the newest bomb of our country and show it proudly to our next

with this weapon, the enemy has no chance" we congratulate our children"
also here in europe and usa) a)

is it really the right way? l
we are all fucking brothers
? why are we too stupid to understand it
our minds are too little and intentionally filled with shit
the whole system doesn't make any sense

every country in the world is guilty if there is suffering on our earth
with even 10 percent of americans yearly investments in new weapons we can save thousand or even millions of young lives in afrika
it is easier then you think
obama gets the peace nobel price for raising the military expenditures in usa
he doesn't deserve that price

India and pakistan, one of the poorest countries in the world have invested millions and millions of dollars to get a nuclear power although their people are hungry
dehli is one of the poorest cities in the world
this money could give many children a better future and rescue them from begging and further from the organized criminality

we have a sick planet

i hate to be a human
i really do

PEACE

ps:sry for the long and depressing post
this words needed to be said
Dear Eshtiagh
Tears
I'm not good enough in English to say what's on my mind about what Eshtiagh said!
It's good to consider all the people from all over the world. But u see... World is a mere hell this way. A place where u can not be willing to be GOOD in.
But just if every one could do his best towards people around him, It would be a much better place.
If we could see our similarities more important than differences,
If we could prefer to be mom/dad for our country's orphans and not insist on having our OWN children,
If we could find some free time to communicate with our family's children and let them trust us and say whatever they think about, their questions, theirs SILLY fears...
Let's accept that we can not change those diplomats' minds. We can't stop wars on our own. But we can make our little home a better place to live, then we can generalize it to our home, our school..
This sick planet has made every one who cares vulnerable. The least we can do is not to hurt them.
I'm not suggesting to forget about hunger, poverty, pro+stitu+tion,... Just let's be hope for every one who's needing one.
Maybe the fact that we're just passengers here could be a solace.

Paria, very wise words
but in one case i have a different opinion
people can change the politics of their government
at least in fully developed democracies
thats the meaning of democracy

its from Greek and means literally "rule of the people" l

if the people want an other kind of politics, they should be able to choose one
if they are sick of everything they should be able to found their own party and influence the politics

the reason why there is so many suffering in the world is that in industrial countries nobody (or better, most of the people) cares about politics

here in Germany only 60% of the adults participated in elections
and from that 60% about the half were seniors above 50!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!l
that means that they grew up in a time where the cold war was on its peak
no wonder they elect a conservative, pro war party in year 2012

hi my friends
I have another question
what is your idea about freedom?
what do you think about it?
in your mind what is free?

in your mind what is free?

hello dear friend

what a beautiful question
you can answer it at so many levels

but I think the best one is from Emanuel Kant, a german philosopher

"die eigene Freiheit endet da wo die Freiheit des anderen beginnt"

that means in english:

the freedom of someone stops where that of the other one begins

this sentence is soo impressive, that i decided to translate it also in persian

آزادی من اونجایی تموم می‌شه که آزادی یه نفر دیگه شروع می‌شه

ummm, there is a quote by
Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, the German writer about freedom

None are more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are free

by the way, i can't find out much about the Kant's quote

hi dear friends
beautiful question
it might seem strange, but I don't like freedom much.
I hate it when people try to make u think in a way they like. but when it comes to acts it's better to have some limits.
I believe that if God or even my parents give me total freedom I'll ruin my life.
because I don't know how to live without being hurt.
But if sometimes they force me to do/not to do things I feel much better because I know I don't have to consider all the sides of each step i wanna take.
so I have to options: forget about sides and just do whatever I feel like to do.
or trusting some one and let him/her put some limits for me.
I even wish that my parents wouldn't trust me this much. they don't force me to do/not to do anything! and I'm not sure if it's good.
look at the clock, I'm so sleepy! so sorry for not being fluent 1

^^
no, not at all....your text is quit nice...to be honest even quit good41

hm...
paria thank you very much for saying us your opinion
but i am not sure if i agree with all of your contributions

in case of god and religion i agree with you:

we human need some limits, that is the function of the religion
it gives us strength and limits
a very good example for that is medicine

there are some fields which are forbidden to research
one of those is experimenting with human stem cells

in countries with a religious influence ( like here in Germany), this experiments are forbidden

but in case of your parents, i must contradict you:
the function of your parents isn't setting you limits
they have to educate you, to train you for your future live
if they teach you to be authoritarian, then they have made something terribly wrong
they have to teach you how to stand on your own feed during every day live and further how to handle your freedom

without freedom and autonomy the humans are no humans, they are slaves

during history there have been many many people who gave up their lives, just because we get the chance to live in a free world
its would be a pitty when their lives and their blood was shed for nothing
they died because they didn't want to

subjugate themselves

the soldiers who died during the 2. world war
the people of France during the France revolution
the people of Russia during the Russian revolution

even in Iran we have many many people who died for our freedom
for example the martyrs of the " Islamic " revolution and the first golf war
or in ancient time the man and women who died in order to save our borders

it is to easy to give up your freedom
but the real master is the one who can use and handle it ; )

Words:

stem cells: سلول های بنیادی
authoritarian: استبدادی
autonomy: خودمختاری
bloodshed: خونریزی
subjugate: تسلیم
first golf war: جنگ اول خلیج فارس
دفاع مقدس
borders: مرزها
Islamic Revolution: انقلاب اسلامی

Hi Eshtiagh
It is strange to me that you say that research on stem cells is forbidden in religious countries, but it is not forbidden in iran.

Are they real religious countries?
Hello
I think it may be because of differences between different religions.

Dear eshtiag, How is the relationship between industries and universities in Germany? I heard there is a good relation there

Hello

I don't think so......l
here in Germany there has been a very long discussion about stem cell research
it is rather an ethic problem then a religious one
the question isn't what does my religion say about it
the question is rather: where do we humans set our borders and limits

An other argument was also the first paragraph of the German civil code. It says that every human being has a dignity and the duty of the government is to protect it.
But since when can we define a fetus as a human being???????l
after 9 month?
after 3 weeks?
after fertilization??

so the government has to weight the dignity of human beings with the interests of since and research

there has to be some lows because you can do many mad things with stem cells .
you can clone humans for instance
the question is, do we want to play god and decide about life and death, or do we just let the nature do its job............

Dear eshtiag, How is the relationship between industries and universities in Germany? I heard there is a good relation there

hi 5 Karim
the relationship between them is very good

there are many banks and companies who offer students after school a dual study
that means that the company or what ever pays the costs of your study and offers you after the study directly a job
but you just take the best of the bests
so you have to be VERY good at school

one of my friends was good enough for " Deutsche Bank" ( german national bank) and he really could get one

now Deutsche Bank will pay his whole study and after the university, he can directly start working by D.Bank

I also got an offer for a dual study by Aventis ( a pharmaceutical company ) but I would rather study medicine instead of studying pharmacy

I've also heard that other big car companies like Diamler or Audi offer also this kind of study.
Yes, there is some limitations here too. for example cloning of humans is is forbidden, but cloning of animals is not.
I don't have enough information about stem cells, but I think most of the studies in this field is about using one's stem cells to hill his/her own disease . For example in some hospitals it is possible to pay some money to save the cord blood of a baby to use in future.

There is a weak relation between industries and universities in Iran. Most of researches in universities are unusable in the real world and also the industries are not confident to universities.

well I really don't know anything about the education system of iran
but why is there a distrust between the universities and the industry?
and BTW about what kind of industry are we talking about?
I've heard that there is an university in the southern of Iran which focuses its studies on Oil production and the science about oil
( daneshgahe sanate naft)

in this case there is a big relationship between the national oil companies and the university

and a other question......why do you think that most of the researches in iran are unusable
this is not a rhetoric question.......It really interests meKhansariha (18) ?
